This unique herbal formula is made from pure, powdered, stress-reducing medicinal herbs:

Lavandula officinalis (Lavender); Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm / Melissa); Nepeta cataria (Catnip); Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora); Valeriana officinalis (Valerian root); Avena sativa (Oats).

These specific herbs are well known for their stress reducing action on the nervous system, circulatory system, respiratory system, muscular system & digestive system – in general this herbal stress reducer will act on all parts of the body to reduce stress where ever it might be. Valerian is the most powerful natural tranquiliser and has no side

effects. Passiflora is a sedative herb, also with no side effects.

All the other herbs have milder actions on the body, but when combined make a well-rounded stress-reducing formula with no side effects.
